Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel golden. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our promise: You may return any unworn piece within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in its original condition.

How to start a return:

1. Write to hello@lorye.fashion with your order number
2. We'll send you simple return instructions within 24 hours
3. Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchanges: Want a different size or colour? Just ask — we'll guide you to the perfect fit. Our size guide on every product page helps, and when in doubt, reply to any email and we'll advise personally.

A gentle note: Because we're a small house that answers every message ourselves, honesty and kindness go both ways. Tell us what's wrong and we'll always try to find the golden solution.
